A series of unfortunate events

Things have been pretty lousy for me this May... maybe becos there's a Friday the 13th this month... whatever bad that can happen have happened to me... haiz...

the first bad thing to happen was that a very close friend actually 放我飞机... confirmed to go on the june island trip with me yet called a few days later to tell me she feel weird to go with 3 couples (which actually she will be going with another female friend too and we will not hang ard much with another 2 couple cos not close)... what to do... i cannot blame her... made me super disappointed though...

the next bad thing to happen to me is the loss of my lappy... apparently it was due to the fused power supply unit that made my lappy dead... okie... it was certainly bad for me cos lappy is like me and mudpie's 2nd child... (the 1st child is lele...) but luckily lappy can be saved... just need to spend money that's all... haiz... even though i might be financially challenged... but saving lappy is more important...

getting lectured by mudpie on the eventful friday the 13th cos my phone's dead and i didn call him much thru'out the 'class outing' with 3 guys from my JC class... (david, vinc and tax)... made him worried and was mostly my fault for not calling him... (so not really unfortunate i shld say...)

as mudpie was sick for the 2nd week last weekend... i brought lele to visit him... but kinda regret it cos i lost my beloved blue swatch... it was a watch that i bought for myself using the first pay i got from my first job (or actually just the 1st watch i got for myself using all my own pay)... haiz... this month i'm so financially challenged to buy myself another blue watch... but i guess i wouldn't buy back the same design cos 1stly... the design is no longer available... 2ndly... buying back the same watch has no meaning anymore as it's no longer the 1st watch i got for myself using the 1st pay i've got... so now i have to make do with my red watches... cos no more blue ones... (actually got lah... but all collector's edition cannot wear...) so if u see me in blue top and bottom yet wearing a red watch then u understand why...

i tot the month of may was sucky enuff after just these events in the 1st 15 days... apparently God (or whoever up there) thinks my life is still not sucky...

another friend of mine postponed a trip that i was super duper looking forward to since april citing work commitments... haiz... i have even changed the currency to go over and shop... haiz... cannot blame her too... actually tot of going alone with mudpie but think mom won't allow cos we are not familiar with that place... (my friend's parents has a house there...) haiz... another big disappointment...

on a lighter note... even though things are sucky... i still have lele, mudpie and my parents to brighten up my life... lele will be there to bring a smile to my face no matter what happens... mudpie to listen to all my woes (even though he's sick) and try to make me happy and share my burden... parents who seem to understand my unhappiness and try not to mention those unhappy stuff but still concerned abt how things are...

maybe things have to turn out this way so that i can appreciate the people around me... nevertheless... things will turn out fine one day... maybe i just have to wait...

p.s: something i've learnt from lele yesterday... and it certainly made my day...

lele: ah yee!!! (which mudpie actually taught him 'cock-eye ah yee' but he refused to say...)

it certainly made me happy since everything i ask him is ah yee... best part is he even know how to say 'cock-eye' (courtesy of my dad) meaning erm... unable to spot things that are very obvious? especially his super cute way of saying things... never fail to bring a smile to my face...
