Random tots #9

Passed the point of no return...

One year ago... I have made an important decision in my life... and so far... I have passed the point of no return (humming to the tune of 'the point of no return' from phantom of the opera...)

I had made the decision to stop procrastinating and start my weight loss program... haha... actually it was all motivated by regina... since she lost nearly 15 kg after just one year of hard work... and also... crazy enuff... but all the gers in my uni class starts to become slimmer and more skinnier... so me intend to follow their footsteps to try and lose some weight before i becomes the fattest ger in class...

as all the people out there should know... losing weight is not as easy as A B C... it takes so much determination to start... well well... since i see regina everyday... i'm just simply motivated by her to lose weight... hahaha...

then came the may-aug holidays... me haven lost any significant weight then... haiz... but my supervisor at my temp job, Jasmine, actually shared with me her weight losing method which she paid so much by going to her doc weekly for her weight loss management program... well... that seems to help... but together with regina's method of regular exercise... think the synergetic effects actually helped me to lose a great deal of my stubborn fats...

one year later... which is today... i have lost 8 kg only... (cos my aim is to lose 10 kg in a year...) as a result of my close monitoring of the food i ate and getting enuff exercises (or stretching)... all natural without any slimming pills or meal replacement thingy... well... shall aim to lose a further 5 kg this year... anymore than that then i might get blown away by the wind... (not really though... haha...)

please wish me luck in my weight losing thingy... so please dun ask me out to eat too sinful things and supper too... shall update on my progress next year... if this blog still exists...

P.S: Do you know that the childhood songs 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' and 'The Alphabet Song' have the same tune? At least I didn't know that until yesterday when Glenn Ong and The Flying Dutchman mentioned it on Class 95... amazing isn't it...
and dear all... please comment after reading... either in the post itself or in the tagboard... thanx...
